According to production series & quantities, production takes 2-3 weeks, and delivery takes 3 days.
Prices do not include local taxes and customs charges.
Official invoices & tracking numbers are shared during shipping process.
Initial mock-up is prepared only for car air fresheners; for the remaining product series, the approval image is designed after payment and presented to the customer for approval.
Except for manufacturing errors, no refunds are made for personalized products.
In case of problems (package lost, damaged products, damaged packages, wrong address delivery) related to shipments, please contact us within 24 hours, so that damage record files can be created with UPS and Fedex.

All prices are valid by bank transfer or credit card via Wise.
For other payment methods (PayPal, Google&ApplePay, Klarna, Etsy, etc.) extra 10% is added to the prices.
Since all of our products are produced specifically for our customers, payments are received before production.
